What your bones need to stay strong, and why it matters for the life you want to keep living.
Your bones have been influenced by far more than your age. Hormones, medication, nutrition, movement, menopause and your own history can all play a part.
This free guide explains what matters and gives you simple, practical ways to start supporting your bones now, whether bone health has only just crossed your mind or you already know you need to pay more attention to it.

Many of the things that can influence our bones happen years before we ever think about bone health. And very often, nobody mentioned bones at the time.
None of this is a reason to stop or change prescribed treatment. The guide explains why these things may matter and what can be worth discussing with your doctor.

I'm Sarah Clough, a Movement and Longevity Coach based in Yorkshire. I help women build stronger bones and stronger bodies, so they can stay in charge of their own lives.
I've spent fifteen years teaching movement and helping hundreds of women build stronger, more resilient bodies.
I know bone health personally too. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I changed the way I approached my own body and later saw a 4.8% increase in the bone density of my spine.
That's my result, and I'm sharing it as mine. Bodies differ, starting points differ, and I don't promise anyone a number.
